Our Fresh stone-ground cornmeal is milled daily. It has already been sifted so there is no waste. The cornmeal in the supermarkets today have all been bolted. That means the bran and germ and essential oils have all been removed and artifically enriched. We at Logan Turnpike Mill never add anything artificial or take away what nature put in. Please store your cornmeal in the refrigerator or freezer in an airtight container.
