This is the newest class or wheat to be grown in the U.S. It is related to red wheat but has a mild flavor and a light golden color when baked. We like it for pizza crust, filled breads, or any time we want a milder tasting bread product such as dinner rolls. Please store in the refrigerator or freezer in an air-tight container. Your flour is ground on the day it is shipped and has no preservatives.
