This is 100% buckwheat flour. It is very dark and has a very strong flavor. We have it shipped to us from up-state New York. It is not a true wheat. It is in the rhubarb family. Please store in the refrigerator or freezer in an air-tight container. No preservatives added.

    Always fresh and good ,I order at least two times a year . Aunt Jemima had buckwheat pancake and waffle mix this is the closest . Remember dark buckwheat
