This is a flavorful mix of freshly stone-ground white and yellow cornmeal. The slightly sweet taste of this mix goes well with your favorite bowl of chili or home cooked vegetables. Each batch makes a 9" square of cornbread or 10 nice sized muffins. Please store in the refrigerator or freezer in an air tight container. No preservatives added.

    Logan Mills makes the best yellow cornmeal, and this mix is great when I don't have any buttermilk and don't want to make cornbread from scratch. It tastes just like from scratch. I do wish they'd make a mix without the sugar (hint, hint, Logan Mills), but it's delicious, nonetheless.
