This mix of stone-ground white and yellow cornmeal with a hint of our soft corn flour makes a truly unique pancake. It is naturally a bit crunchy because of the "corny" grind we give it. They are great for breakfast with butter and honey. We also make them "silver dollar" size and eat with soup or vegetables. You can also make a waffle and pile it high with you favorite chili and cheese. Each batch makes 10 - 5 inch pancakes or 4 large waffles. Please store in refrigerator or freezer in an air-tight container. No preservatives added
