This is for folks who love the taste of hearty whole wheat. We grind the wheat finer to make a light, high rising pancake or muffin and crispy waffle. It is the most light and tender of all our pancakes. Our family has a tendency to throw in a handful of fresh fruit from the garden or some nuts and raisins when going on a long hike. Each batch makes 10 - 5" inch pancakes or 10 muffins. Please store in the refrigerator or freezer in an air-tight container. No preservatives added.
